The Rose City Sing-Off welcomes volunteers to join the day of the competition. Volunteers can assist in setting up throughout the day or help with operations before, during, and after the event. ORGANIZATION NAME will diligently honor the sponsorship agreement. However with a volunteer organization there may be times when the agreement is not delivered as expected. Sponsor banners will be gathered and returned in good condition. In the event that a banner has been stolen, the ORGANIZATION NAME will work with the sponsor for reasonable reimbursement after exhausting every effort to find the banners. This is a hold harmless clause against the ORGANIZATION NAME.
